"Apache is functioning normally" when using SSL / https:// on Direct Admin

If you are receiving the message "Apache is functioning normally" when attempting to access your website using https:// (SSL) and your website is powered by DirectAdmin then follow the steps below:

1. Login to Direct Admin (How to login to DirectAdmin)

2. Go Account Manager >> Domain Setup

3. Tick the Secure SSL option

4. Select Modify

Allow several minutes for changes to take places, you may need to install an SSL certificate still, you may do this by following this tutorial here.
